        This earthquake has been felt all over Kaliningrad region and Lithuania but also in Latvia, Estonia, Belarus and until Finland, Denmark, Sweden and even Norway (see testimonies below).

Damages reported so far :
- Kaliningrad : some old brick flues on roofs
- Kaliningrad : some walls seemlessly cracked
- Near Svetlogorsk : ground prosat under railways
