Witness location : Giardini Naxos (Italy) (27 km E from epicenter)

I was resting on my bed, when it started swaying for 6-10 seconds, like someone was throwing their weight around.
I waited a minute or so before I got out of bed to see if there was any indication of an earthquake in the street, but everything was calm, so I thought maybe I had set the bed in motion.
My girlfriend was in a sunbed on the roof, and she had thought I had come up and was shaking her sunbed to wake her, which she told me before I mentioned anything about my experience.

There was an earth quake in Denmark a couple of years ago (the most powerful ever recorded locally), but it happened shortly before my alarm clock went off, so I never noticed it.
