I am stationed at Andersen AFB, Guam. I was inside an aircraft hangar when this happened. I felt the first part of the earthquake about 5 seconds before the other, more forceful part.

initial jolt felt, then several back and forth movements slowly calm down. Only lasted 30 seconds.
