Witness location : Narita (Japan) (39 km W from epicenter)

constant sensation of rolling, feel a bit nauseated. there are constant small quakes going on.  some a little stronger than others.  Want to go to sleep but this is beginning to worry me

I can't say this was a big one, because we have similar quakes quite often. But this one shook longer than usual.

I had just left work and was walking to the train station. As I walked past a building under construction the quake started. The building isn't complete yet, just iron beams and construction equipment; a frame that goes maybe 5 or 6 floors up. But the metal was clanking and making loud noises. Doors and screens of nearby buisness were shaking. And some people started running away from the taller buildings. I was frightened and I ran with them.

The trains were delayed but only about 10 minutes. No damage, but my nerves were shot.
