felt over 10 earthquakes in my life, most not horrific, this one was not only strong but quite long

The Earthquake appeared to happen at 05:11 local time while I slept.  It woke me up and my hotel bed moved for sometime like a water bed.  I sat up and debated leaving the building, but slowly the movement subsided.
