Instrumental Seismological Data Bases
|
The EMSC data base contains all parametric coming data from European and Mediterranean
Seismological Institutes. Two types of data are now available at the EMSC:
Real Time Seismicity data:
The REAL TIME SEISMICITY DATABASE
includes all alert data received by the EMSC, and provided by
networks contributing to the EMSC alert system. When event information is provided,
it includes either computed origin time, latitute, longitude, depth, magnitude
and the name of the contributing network, and/or arrival times information.
The database is updated every 10 minutes.
This data base mainly consists of automatic detections done by European and Mediterranean
networks, therefore
we strongly discourage you to use them for a scientific research purpose.
Revised Bulletins data:
The REVISED BULLETINS DATABASE
consists of all revised seismic bulletins received electronically by the
EMSC. Bulletins are received from about 60 institutes.
The database is updated with each new incoming bulletin.

Euro-Med. Intensity Data Base
|
|
The EMID has been
developed by the "Istituto di Ricerca sul Rischio Sismico" (Italy, CNR, Milano ),
with the contribution of all investigators who supply intensity data. This data base is
ompilation of a comprehensive European Earthquake Root Archive, to serve as an input for
earthquake re-parameterisation and as a reference for future upgrading.

Strong Motion Data Base
|
The SMDB was developed in
1994 by the Center of Geophysical Data Studies in Russia and includes:
-
Parametric information on signals that form the database (seismic events, stations,
ecording instruments, and waveforms).
-
Digital waveforms (time series) of the three component strong motion records.
-
Scanned photo-images (bitmap files) of the historical strong motion records
