I'm not sure how useful this is. I was eating in Cafe Bernardo, Pavillions (Sacramento, ca) and I felt a very slight movement in my chair. I didn't even think of an earthquake, until my friend texted me and asked if I felt it. He was in a 14 story building close to the state capitol, and he said there was quite a bit of swaying. It was very brief.0
