From inner city Melbourne. I've experienced many a earthquake having lived in Los Angeles, Alaska, and Seattle, WA. At first I thought the washing machine was off kilter. After about 5 seconds I realised it was in fact a earthquake and I ushered my family outside. Initially peged it to be about a 5.0, but after getting a message from a friend in Canberra that felt it quite strongly, I realised it was much stronger.0
