Felt the quake in the Midrand, Carlswald area, at around 02:40 am, I was awake.It shook the house a bit, and rattled the windows. For reference; our rooms are upstairs.There was also a low rumbling sound heard.It felt like the quake and sound got more intense as it continued; when I actually expected it to ease after a few seconds. Like the recent tremors we had.It increased so much so that, after 5 seconds; I was about to get out of bed and find a place to cover. It woke my mum in a panic, who was sleeping before it happened.At first I hought it was a low flying/crashing commercial aeroplane, because of the increasing intensity, and flight-paths over Midrand. Some of which are directly above our complex.My cats had been restles for ±2hrs before the quake, and growled as it happened. They continued to be restless for 1hr afterwards.Luckily no damages to our property seen at the moment.0
