Two of us were on the second floor and there was obvious swaying with this one. Felt like we were on a boat. On the first floor another person didn't feel the swaying but said the items in the kitchen cabinet were rattling.

Felt like how an 18 wheeler passing by on the road feels, in an area that 18 wheelers can not/should not be.

Felt here for 10 seconds or so in York, PA. I thought it was Biden's career going down the drain.
