Felt a vibrating sensation throughout home and heard slight noise from it also, but nothing visibly shaking. Event duration was less than a minute but more than 20 seconds. No visible damage observed upon initial inspection of site, but it is possible that minor damage may be discovered later.

Minor shaking. Couldn’t tell it was an earthquake at first

Felt it at a Staples store. Roof was shaking lile crazy!

I thought maybe someone hit the building or something was exploding underneath the building, everything was shaking and it was loud and rumbling sounding and the roof & walls & TV & computer was all shaking, I had no idea what was happening! The whole house shook like a wave.

Very violent shaking for a few seconds. My husband thought the house was collapsing. Drawers opened up and items fell off dressers and shelves.

That was indeed an earthquake, the first since I felt the Virgina incident in 2019

Heard a low rumbling noise, followed by the garage doors at my work shaking. Very slight vibration in the floor felt, equivalent to standing next to a snow plow scraping against the ground

Felt it for a good 10-25 seconds

I didn't see anything actually shake in the house, but it felt quite strong and definitely an earthquake. The last earthquake I felt in New Jersey (Virginia epicenter?) was much milder, just felt like someone bumped my chair.

Shudder . Mild shaking lasting 7 seconds; nothing fell down.

That was cray cray

Everything rumbled. Furniture shook, rattling glass fixtures. At first I questioned if it was a really huge roll of thunder or an enormous truck passing my building, but it went on for too long for either of those explanations. From the start, the rumbling got more powerful for a few seconds, leveled off, then declined again. I was pretty sure it was an earthquake but not certain until verifying with external sources. Nothing damaged, just a bit scary.
