Skopelos

The beds shook quite a lot

It was very short, shortly felt like moving/swinging ground/house left and right, but short moves, I was at first thinking somebody slammed the door, but realized it is too much for that, but actually neighbour also joined by askung if i fet earthquake.

Windows and lights shaking fir short time

We thought it was a lorry going past - we are up on the mountain above Skopelos town. It was only when I saw others posting on the local Facebook group that I realised what we had felt. We’ve never been to Greece before so it was a first!

Ground moving plus “growling” sound of earth from beneath

Whole house was shaking for a couple seconds

I felt the shake

Felt the earthquake at Skopelos for a few seconds

We felt the ground tremor for 2-3 seconds in Skopelos.

Light feeling

We felt a low rumble and the house shake a little

Felt a slight shake in our hotel room

Quick but somewhat scary. No damages at all

Loud rumbling followed by rattling and vibrating then a sway of the whole building
