Algiers (19 km SW from epicenter) My Wife and I were sleeping in our room at the SOFITEL Algiers , on the 7 the floor when i felt a strange movement in the Room at 5:11 AM local time . The tremor was not too strong but was felt by many people in the hotel which evacuated the building , now everybody is back to the Rooms or having breakfast .. But i was very disappointed by the way the Hotel Personnel and security staff was Dealing with the incident , like nothing happened and completely disconnected from this serious event !!!! Furthermore there is no emergency procedures nor any safety guidelines were given !!! The ACCOR HOTELS GROUP should be Aware of this for the next Quakes to come !! Having said all this , one Realizes that we Are nothing against MIGHTY NATURE !0
