I happened to wake up 10 minutes before it happened so I felt the whole thing-it was strong and felt like a big one that lasted about 10-15 seconds. (I was here for the Loma Prieta in 1989). I heard it and it rattled dishes but nothing fell. Didn't wake my 12 year old up0

Our cat was being weird when I got home tonight, so I almost expected the earthquake. Then, as soon as it started I pulled my son close and away from our window above the bed. I sat up after the big rolls and felt the apartment wobbling for a good 30 seconds following. Still a weird energy in the air.0
