I heard a load rumbling much like a large semi-truck passing by but worse, and the house was shaking - I could feel it on my feet and my windows were rattling; I was on the phone with a friend over a mile away and she felt it too and her windows were rattling too. I reminded me of when I lived in Florida, when the shuttles would go up.0

it woke up my 18 year old daughter, freaked out both my cats, My entire bed shook and the things in my house! I was on the phone with A friend of mine on the other side of town and we both said,' what the hell" at the same time! WE STAYED TALKING ON THE PHONE AND RUNNING AROUND OUR HOUSES WHILE IT SHOOK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT OR EXPLOSION OR AN EARTHQUAKE. we FELT IT STRONG AT FIRST THEN IT STARTED TO LIGHTEN UP AND WE FELT IT FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU WERE STANDING. I HAVE NEVER FELT AN EARTHQUAKE BEFORE! BUT NOTHING FELL OFF OUR SHELVES OR ANYTHING JUST SHOOK LIKE CRAZY!0
