The whole house shook. My bed was shaking from underneath and the bedroom cupboards banged open! I am sure I heard a noise too but cannot be sure.0

Crazy earthquake in Chartham downs in Canterbury...we live in the water tower which shook rather hard for about ten seconds.thought I'd gone crazy! Glad to see I'm not the only freaked out person....earquake (22/05/15) at 3:53,I'm curious to know what it measured in the scale.if anyone knows plz leave a message.think my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy running into our bedroom at this time in the morning screaming earthquake lol 0

Thought a large truck / bus was going past outside then others in the house got telephoned about earthquake... wasn't a truck then eh? In Dover for this one but wasn't as big as the Folkestone 'quake a few years ago. Now waiting for "The Big One"! ; o)0
