It woke me up! The whole room was shaking and the bottle of water on my nightstand had a Jurassic park moment! At first I thought the neighbours were doing washing at a weird time of night but soon realised it was something more, my boyfriend came rushing in to check on us but our baby daughter slept through it. Whole house shook, jewellery on stand rattled as did the pictures, woke all but one in the house. Thought it was an earth quake was waiting for another shock which fortunately never came. We often get the guns firing from Shoeburyness but this was different, the shock came up from the ground. Nearly backed an emergency bag!0

Brought me out my sleep whole bed/house was shaking all the street came out didn't know what it was very scary stuff - still can't sleep. Seagulls went crazy! Dogs kids n partner slept through it. The sound was like a rumbling .. Hope no one was affected too badly .. Good job for social media 🙀0
