La Torre Vella (Spain)
Woke up moments before quake hit Torre Vella. There was an explosion sound, then a long loud rumble. Our single pain wood windows rattled and the wooden door in our bedroom clattered. Very loud and noisy. Being from Cailfornia it was mild. Mistook it for a huge thunderstorm. Was shocked to be informed there were several others quakes close by. From the quake map I saw, looks like we are surrounded by quakes in the shape of a U. Was happy to leave Bay area to live in Spain a place where I thought we did'nt have any of these threatening freaks of nature. Thanks to this service I will be more connected.0
