Seeing how far away it was centred from my position it felt quite strong. Shaking was linear from side to side no vertical shifting felt, oscillating perhaps 2 times per second. I'm located on the 9th floor of a new apartment complex structure held up fine, looking out through the window all other apartment buildings around me seem fine as well. There was quite a bit of panic also I should mention the lack in safety education as many people didn't know what to do or rushed to the streets instead of up towards roofs. 0
