I'm in Poway and my windows started shaking then the walls and roof started moving and the bed my 4 yr. Old grandson and i were sleeping in shook like crazy. I pulled him on top of me to make it to the doorway, and then 30 to 45 seconds later the shaking slowed then stopped. My family felt the quake in Santee, CA; Escondido, CA; and Ramona, CA.0
