I heard the building bricks throughout the building "groaning" and moving before the quake was felt. walls and floor then visibly undulated, fallen objects, cupboards opened0

Felt three sets of shaking. The first one woke me up, the second got my heart racing, the third I had my senses about me and recognized it for what it is. Originally from Southern California and have felt much worse.0
