I was just getting back into bed, when all of a sudden there was a low rattling that intensified very quickly to my whole house shaking. Some things fell off of my dresser, and another table. Didn’t feel like a 4.5. More like a 7.0!!! Scared the crap out of me!!!0

Never been to CA and never have experienced an earthquake. Woke up out of a deep sleep to feel my hotel bed rocking me pretty good. My wife did not wake up but I could hear the bustle about the hotel. Thought there might be a table pushed into our wall or something down on the street was going down but I found other people felt it too. 4.5 in Berkeley that’s a pretty significant quake.0

I was working in hospital- 3rd floor. Floor was vibrating and tables rattling, then there were some shaking waves. IV poles were swinging, patients beds moving. Some patients throughout department woke up. Lasted at least 10 seconds, we were scared since it didn't seem like it was going to stop, and might of gotten worse. 0
