I woke up to my bed shaking. It took a second to realize what was happening. By the time I woke up my son next to me it had stopped. I heard the trees shift outside and figured it was a big gust of wind until the movement came through the house. I could feel ripple and sat in my easy chair wondering about it. I kept listening to the creaking walls on one side of the house, then the other and sat still. I noticed my chair rocked slightly and was pretty sure I wasn't making it rock. I listened to the trees outside shift until it all settled down. When my 10 year old walked in from the kitchen, I asked if he felt it but he just looked at me. I had to get online to see if I was being silly! I can see from other's reactions on this website that we aren't close enough for it to have gotten too exciting, just interesting.+2
