Our closet doors shaking was what initially woke us up and then we could feel our bed shaking. It lasted about ten seconds. It woke up the rest of the house as well.-1

Me and my Mom were laying in bed and felt our bed moving. We thought it was someone was teasing us and moving our bed but then I quickly realized it was an earthquake. Then when I came into the kitchen I could see the rod on the blinds consistently swinging back and forth.-1
