Very unpleasant trembling with loud trembling from the ground. Items were shaking, some drops from the shelves. I have panic attack since it is my first experience above 5 richter

Woke me up from deep sleep. For the first few seconds, my mind couldn't figure out what is happening. The worst was that extremely loud noise, something I've never heard before. I jumped off the bed, wanted to make a step, and got bounced to the wall. And then it shook me to the other side back towards the bed.Overall, that was a horrible experience, I don't even want to imagine what 6.0+ must be like.

I'm on 14th floor. It came suddenly and was very scary. I couldn't stand up. The picture of dust from damage was taken right after. My building was swinging. In the direction aprox in south-east directions.
