Very shaky and loud, woke us up from sleep, things falling from shelves, windows shaking. It left cracks on walls on and in my house, lots of older buildings and houses partially crashed. Quite damaging, sadly one person died from the injuries they sustained from the earthquake. Loads of aftershocks, non-stop. Overall, most terrifying experience of my life.

Still thinking about it, 2 days later. It woke me out of my sleep - - it was the most terrifying way to wake up ever. Lasted 10 seconds, and broke some items in the apartment (that fell to the ground)

I was in bed, with a shelf over my head with some toiletries. They started falling all over me waking me up - and the rumble with deep bass lasted 15 seconds or so. A lot of stuff all over house fell down - bottles, glasses, speakers.
