Felt this earthquake in Tbilisi, Georgia. I live in a high rise building. Lamps and house plants shook. 

Very pronounced vertical ossilation lasting approx 15-20secs increasing in intensity before suddenly stopping. Was lifted up and down on my chair and felt distinct spinal compressions. Also heard a loud Low intensity sound from the building. Ceiling lamps were swaying. Apartment is on 13 flr of 16flr bldg on n2b Loane Petrisi St, Didi Dighomi, Tblisi, Georgia.
