I’m on the 12th floor of a 13story apartment building in Kabul and this was the first time experiencing such a strong quake which had a rumble sound with it. I usually sleep through them but this one gave a couple jolts that made me jump and wake up immediately. Hopefully nobody got hurt anywhere. 0
