I live on the 4th floor of a 4-floor ap. block (finished in 1981; "classic communist Romania apartment block"). I was just laying down on the couch, laying for just about 1 min., and... our budgie made a short-small "chirp" (she is very quiet... like... she barely makes a sound... ever) and, at the same time, I felt the bed moving... like... from N to S... more like a little bit... NNE to SSW (our building is facing... SSW... let's say... - something like that)... about 2 or 3 times, but very strongly, powerfully, and... I "yelled" "Earthquake!" at my daughter (who was sitting on a folding Ikea chair in another room, talking to her friend, on the phone) and... it was already over and neither my daughter nor her friend felt anything. :)
