I had music on really loud, and it was the middle of the night... I randomly felt the ground shaking, like never before. It was absolutely terrifying, but I wasn't quite sure if it was an Earthquake until my parents told me they felt it too.

All the bugs outside became silent just prior to the quake.  Then just after the quake they were sounding off again.  Very cool.
