Was outdoors and the quake was moderate and the Windows and roofs (tin) were shaking for about 10-15 seconds.Some people got scared and ran out.I thought it was thunder and wind as the weather was bad but it was confirmed by friends that it was indeed an earthquake not far away from where we are located . There were no damages though the dogs started howling.
