I am sitting in my car, parked outside the hospital on the 400 block of Pueblo Street. I notice that the car is rocking gently side to side, along an axis running approximately SE to NW. I look outside at the light poles and flagpoles and trees. There is no breeze and nothing appears to be moving, not even swaying slightly.
