We were sat on the sofa and it rocked back and forth for at least 10 seconds, my son was upstairs and he said his cupboards shook from side to side. A neighbour also came out as it shook his house too.0

Shaking and banging noise - sounde like something heavy ( animal )on roof. Desk shook, radiators rattled - quite scary ! Lasted 10 -15 seconds I guess.0

Thought it was someone upstairs knocking heavy furniture over until I realised I had felt it beneath my feet on the ground floor too. Felt like a quite violent sideways shake and the vase of flowers nearly fell over, with lots of rattling places on the rack too.0

I was in a room with 5 other people none of who noticed the earthquake. I was sitting with my back to the window and looking directly at the mirror on the opposite wall. I noticed that the window seemed to shake and commented to the room. A window cleaner was working outside at the time up his ladder - I checked he was ok but he hadn't noticed the quake. 0
