Awaken by moving bed and shaking of the building. Evacuated the building.First time we had experienced an earthquake.0

Woken by strong shaking from side to side and rumbling- duration possibly 20-30 seconds- may have been longer but was asleep until movements woke me. Some items knocked from shelves- some tiles loosened externally and minor cracks have appeared on path ways and and on side of apartment. Small rockfalls noticeable on the roads the following day. Main shock followed by quite big jolts during the rest of the night. Quite scary- my first ( and hopefully last) earthquake!0

It was very scary on the second floor of our hotel room. Some guests left the building to a nearby field! It was difficult to know whether to leave the building or stay inside! We stayed inside! Items fell from shelves and the have been cracks appearing throughout the hotel! +1
