I've never seen or heard one before but it was only about three miles from the where I live, where it originated! It scared me and my wife we were thinking a storm had known up and was thinking tornado so we took all three kids to the bathroom and I walked outside to since it had just stopped and the sun was coming up with no clouds in site! What the heck! I told my wife we must have been dreaming until I saw a few sites with the same info.

Felt in Finley, TN! Here it was very loud and more of an up/down movement than the normal light roll we have felt before. Shook enough to wake up some sleeping family members. To me it felt stronger than a 3.6 but maybe it’s because it was shallow or the center was so nearby.
