I Was in a second story apt., and it started as if someone was on the side of the building, trying to rock the building back and forth (like the start of moving a stalled out car, out of the street) with a distinct "who just nudged me to the side" thought. Gradually moving to longer, slightly more forceful horizontal movements that caused a cool effect with blinds swaying, as you felt everything sway opposite to the blinds; it was almost disorienting though. The quake built up for what felt about 10ish seconds, and with a plateau of maybe an inch or two of movement (2nd story apt) for just barely longer than the build up (around 13-15 seconds), to finally, very gradually, die down(with 2-4ish spikes of power on the way down) to a very smooth finish back to balance, at roughly 20 seconds. The fading part of the quake felt the longest. Minimal liquid movement and didn't seem strong enough to knock-over/move anything except maybe loose cylindrical objects/finely balanced objects..
ETA of activity felt: 45seconds +-5
Started: Noticeably, growing slightly for around 10 seconds
Peaked: about 12 seconds in and there was a distinct sense of "wobbling" separate from the ground that lasted for another 15 seconds
Dissipated: subtle, and gradual with minimal spikes
End: Very smooth, no sense of discomfort in spatial orientation. With the last movement felt roughly 20 seconds after the plateau+5
